1. Booking Process:

5. Equipment Rental:
– Padel Rackets will be available for rent at a fee of 30qar.

– Wear appropriate attire and footwear.
– Maintain court and equipment integrity.
– Ensure a safe playing environment.

8. Liability Waiver:
– Participants play at their own risk.
– Facility not liable for injuries.
– Parents are responsible for minors’ safety.
– Agreement to waive claims.
 
9. Age Restrictions:
– Minimum age enforced.
– Parental consent for minors.
– The facility reserves the right to refuse entry.
 
10. Reservation Limits:
– Maximum [4] sessions per evening.
– Subject to availability.
– Ensures fair access.
– The facility may adjust limits as needed.
 
11. Acceptance of Terms:
– By booking a padel session, participants acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions outlined.
– Failure to adhere to these terms may result in termination of the session and possible restriction from future bookings.
